29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): Before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard, the employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who was required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart. a) On or about 05/04/2018 and times prior at the Lake Dora Villas Condominium, Mount Dora, FL, an employee exposed to fall hazards was not trained on fall protection.
