29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: a) At the time of the inspection, the feed side of the ELDAN Cable Stripper was not guarded to prevent employees from reaching into the machine and the point of operation when the machine was operated in forward direction. b) At the time of the inspection, the unload side of the ELDA Cable Stripper was not guarded to prevent employee from reaching into the machine and the point of operation when the machine was operated in reverse direction.
