29 CFR 1926.404(c)(1)(ii)(C): Open conductors for branch circuit, feeder, and service conductors rated 600 volts, nominal, or less and run outdoors did not conform to the minimum clearance of 15 feet over areas other than public streets, alleys, roads: a) Front Parking Lot: Employees were exposed to scaffold collapse from an electrical cable that was suspended over a parking lot where truck traffic was present, where the extension cord did not have a minimum of 15 foot clearance. An incident occurred where the cable was caught by the bed of a dump truck, causing a scaffold to collapse injuring an employee, on or about 4-23-18.
