29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about April 19, 2018, at Woodward Millworks Group, the employer failed to develop lockout/tag out procedures for equipment which has more than one power source including but not limited to: Instance 1) SCMI 36 inch surface sander #1 Instance 2) SCM edge bander #1 Instance 3) SCM edge bander #2 Instance 4) SCMI 36 inch surface sander #2 Instance 5) CNC Router. This condition exposed employees to an amputation hazard.
