29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about April 2, 2018 and at times prior thereto, one employee was not wearing head protection while performing construction work, exposing the employee to the hazard of being punctured in the head by protruding nails, or striking his head against framing, while working in the attic.
