29 CFR 1910.272(g)(2): Whenever an employee enters a grain storage structure from a level at or above the level of the stored grain or grain product, the employer did not equip the employee with a body harness with lifeline, or a boatswain's chair that meets the requirements of subpart D of this part. This violation occurred on or about April 9, 2018, SEI Millwrights did not ensure that the employee entering from the top of the bin was wearing a safety harness and adequate lifeline for retrieval from the bin exposing the employee to fall hazards.
