29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: Trojan Battery Company, LLC, Lithonia, GA - At the plant, Maintenance Technicians, Team Leaders and Operators performed maintenance and cleaning of the equipment including but not limited to lines 1-8 in the Oxide Department. The annual periodic inspection had not been performed, on or about 4/17/18.
