29 CFR 1910.144(a)(3): Yellow was not the basic color designating caution and for marking physical hazards such as: Striking against, stumbling, falling, tripping, and "caught in between": The employer is failing ensure that employees are protected from caught-in between hazards. This was most recently documented at 1601 West Omaha Avenue, Norfolk, Nebraska 68701 on April 16, 2018. An employee was operating a Northern 25-ton Overhead Traveling Crane near a column that was not marked yellow as a physical hazard. Abatement certification is required for this violation. Abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation.
