29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee with occupational exposure participated in a training program: a) a) 1650 Washington Street, Newton, MA On or about April 11, 2018, the employer did not ensure that an employee who conducts maintenance activities, including the removal of sharps containers that can contain blood or OPIM was trained on bloodborne pathogens. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
