29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a. 580 Port Carteret Drive, Carteret, NJ - Lunch Room Employees were not able to open an exit route door from the inside. The exit door in the employee lunch room was taped in a manner that prevented the use of the push bar to open the door. Violation observed on or about July 11, 2018
