29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(B): The employer's piping and instrument diagrams were not accurate and did not represent equipment that was existing and was part of the process. (a) Line B Compressor Room: On or about April 2, 2018 and at times prior, piping and instrument diagrams (P&ID) did not match valves since multiple valves were not labeled. Examples include, but are not limited to no tag on a locked out valve on the high pressure receiver line; condenser drain valve (V1-004) has no tag; and the pressure relief valve (V1-RV1) has a tag with B-5. NOTE: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.
