29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1): Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of ANSI B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care, and Protection of abrasive wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section. This violation occurred on or about March 30, 2018, at a workplace located at 6941 Riverside Dr., Irving, TX; where at least one (1) employee, who was using grinder that was missing guard.
