29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports such that the space between adjacent units, and the space between the platform and the uprights is no more than 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide: A) South side of building, on or about March 29, 2018, employees were working from the first and second tier of a two tier scaffold that were not fully planked, exposing the employees to a 6 foot and a 12 foot fall hazard.
