29 CFR 1910.26(d): (d) Measures, such as wheel chocks or sand shoes, are used to prevent the transport vehicle (e.g. a truck, semi-trailer, trailer, or rail car) on which a dockboard is placed, from moving while employees are on the dockboard; a. On or about March 29, 2018, at the loading dock, the employer failed to ensure the use of wheel chocks or similar measures while employees loaded and unloaded transport vehicles.
