29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761: (a) On or about March 23, 2018, employees were exposed to falls hazards in excess of 15 feet while performing steel erection activities, including installing metal decking panels on the roof of a commercial building, and had not been provided with training in the recognition and prevention of fall hazards.
