29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. a) West Wall, Soft Side, 393 Industrial Park Road, Elysburg, PA - The wall mounted control box for the Yaguang Toy Equipment Factory Carding Machine Model PKS - 900 (Picker #3) had an open unused opening, exposing employees to electric hazards, as observed on or about March 19, 2018. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19, abatement certification is required for this violation.
