At the residential construction site located at 120 Briar Valley, Blue Springs, Missouri. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on an unguarded stairwell, approximately 10-12 feet above the surface below, without the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
