29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: A) 1012 Hanover St Piscataway, NJ 08854 Employee working on the ground level bending conduit was not protected from falling materials. The exposed employee could be subjected to head trauma from falling materials and tools from employees working above on roof. Occurred on or about 03/12/18
