29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On or about March 9, 2018: Employees are exposed to injuries where the fire extinguishers within the facility located at 129 Pottery Road in Commerce, Georgia were: a) 70% of the fire extinguishers were not identified by a sign b) Three fire extinguishers were blocked by pallets of merchandise
