29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: (a) The production area; The employer did not perform periodic inspections of the energy control procedures on equipment such as but not limited to Bridgeport Mills, Laser Cutter, Automatic Saw, Profile Saw, Okuma Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine, Shear, Hole Wizard, Strippet, Hurco VM2, Hurco TM8 and other machines and equipment at the facility.
