29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges six (6) feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. On or about February 16, 2018, and times prior thereto, employees engaged in re-roofing activities were not protected from falling by use of a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system in combination with the existing warning line system. This exposed employees to a fall greater than six (6) feet to ground level.
