29 CFR 1926.62(l)(1)(i): The employer did not include lead in the program established to comply with the Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) (� 1910.1200): a) Work site at 1314 Central Ave., Union City, NJ The employer did not include lead in its hazard communication program. Lead surface contamination was found throughout the worksite to include levels of 2,900 micrograms (ug) on a bench to the left of the altar where an employee stored his backpack, 490 ug on a faucet handle in the restroom to the left of the altar and 3,400 ug on the sink faucet and spigot in a kitchen area to the right of the altar. Violation occurred on or about 2/15/18.
