29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: The employer is failing to ensure that treatment for injured employees is immediately available. This was most recently documented on January 31 2018 at 56265 702 Rd. Mahaska, Kansas. The employer failed to ensure that employees were adequately trained to render first aid while they worked at a job site that was not in near proximity of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital. Volunteer emergency responders arrived approximately 1 hour following emergency notification. The nearest emergency medical facility was approximately 16 miles from this location.
