29 CFR 1910.134(e)(6)(i) is applicable to shipyard employment by 1915.154 that incorporates the General Industry requirement: The employer did not provide a medical examination to determine the employee's ability to use the respirator: (a) Engine room of M/v Matanuska, at Vigor Marine, LLC shipyard at 5555 N Channel Ave, Portland, OR: On or about 2/7/2018 and at times prior thereto, employees were not assessed and approved to use a respirator.
