29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) Throughout the establishment: On or about February 1, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed or implemented for employees using chemicals, such as, but not limited to, CAT Extended Life Coolant (ethylene glycol), and Motor Medic Air Brake System anti-freeze (methanol).
