29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: a) Production Floor, In between and at Rear of Injection Molding Machines - On or about January 30, 2018 and at times prior to, the employer did not maintain the production floor in a safe condition in that oil leaks from the injection molding machines exposed employees to slip and fall hazards.
