29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill: a) Jobsite, 23 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont, PA: On or about January 26, 2018, 5 employees were working from the floor joists of a new residential home, installing floor sheathing at heights of 9 feet, without utilizing fall protection and fall protection training documents were produced for the employees.
