29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that employees working from approximately 18 feet from the ground below were protected by a fall protection system, thus exposing employees to fall hazards. The employees were working from the tops of the concrete forms approximately 18 feet from the ground below and did not have a fall protection system in place. This condition was observed/noted on/about 19 DEC 2017.
