29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Each affected employee shall be instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure. a) On or about January 19, 2018 employee cleaning the MDM/Ice Cream machine was not trained to de-energized the machine while cleaning to prevent injuries such as amputations.
