29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): The employer did not ensure that procedures were developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. This violation occurred on or about January 18, 2018; where employees in the maintenance department were required to perform service and maintenance work on machines and equipment, but the employer's lockout/tagout did not contain how to verify the isolation of hazardous energy. Employees are exposed to electrical hazards.
