29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i): 29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i): Process safety information pertaining to the equipment in the process did not include the elements specified in 29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(A) through (H): (a) Refrigeration Building: On or about January 8, 2018 and at times prior, the oil return lines on compressor 200 had isolation valve B31 identified as B37 on the drawings, solenoid valve/strainer unit B32 identified as B37 on the drawings, and solenoid valve/strainer unit B38 identified as B32 on the drawings. (b) Refrigeration Building: On or about January 8, 2018 and at times prior, the oil return lines on compressor 300 had isolation valve B31 identified as B37 on the drawings, solenoid valve/strainer unit B32 identified as B37 on the drawings, and solenoid valve/strainer unit B38 identified as B32 on the drawings. (c) Refrigeration Building: On or about January 8, 2018 and at times prior, the oil return lines on compressor 400 had isolation valve B31 identified as B37 on the drawings, solenoid valve/strainer unit B32 identified as B37 on the drawings, and solenoid valve/strainer unit B38 identified as B32 on the drawings.
