29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a)Egger Steel Company at 909 South 7th Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and prior to December 13, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that employees were exposed to electrical hazards associated with using an extension cord attached to a Hilti Angle Grinder Model # AG 450-7D that had exposed inner conductors near the plug end. This condition exposed employees to burns and a shock hazard.
