29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(i): The end of a platform 10 feet or less in length extended over its support more than 12 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees and/or materials without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilevered end. a) Building Exterior-Northeast side: Employee was hammering roofing material from a cantilevered portion of a platform. Platform was a least 6 feet over the support without being cleated or secured to prevent movement. Employee was approximately 25 feet from the ground level, on or about 12/11/2017
