29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about January 2, 2018, employees were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards when clearing jams and other maintenance and servicing activities on the purlin machine in Building Three and other equipment at the site and periodic inspections of each energy control procedure had not been completed at least annually.
