29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) On or about January 5, 2018, at the location 17620 Lily Street, Dallas, TX, employees were performing framing operations while using nail guns. Employees were not wearing safety glasses and were exposed to eye injuries.
