29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards and struck-by hazards associated with residential roofing activities. This was most recently documented on or about December 18, 2017 at a jobsite located at Lot 9, Block Q, Waters Edge St. 1100 E., Derby KS 67037. Employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards and struck-by hazards in that the employer had not developed and implemented safety and health programs that includes but is not limited to: working at heights greater than 6 feet, ladder safety, personal protective equipment, powered hand tool safety, and housekeeping.
