29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: The employer is failing to protect the employees from struck-by hazards while working inside a trench. This was most recently documented, on 12/20/17, at the job site located at or near 9750 East 53rd St N. in Bel Aire, Kansas. The employer did not insure the use of head protection when working in a 10 foot deep trench below excavated material.
