29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1): Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of ANSI B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care, and Protection of abrasive wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section. Location: 315 S. Harrison Ave., E. Orange, NJ. a) An employees was exposed to amputations and other hazardous conditions when utilizing an angle grinder that had an abrasive wheel attached while not being equipped with the hand tool's protective guards; on or about 12/26/17.
