OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from fire and explosion hazards due to the gas line connection couplings being damaged. a. Bunting Bearings, LLC located in Delta, Ohio: On or about April 26, 2018 the employer did not ensure the natural gas coupling for the 3 inch supply line to the #2 tundish furnace was equipped with functioning cam locking levers to prevent the gas line from separating from the furnace. b.
