29 CFR 1910.107(g)(5): The use of solvents for cleaning operations was not restricted to those having flashpoints greater than 100 degrees Fahrenheit: On or about December 6, 2015, and at times prior thereto, in the paint are employees were using paint thinner having flashpoint of 39 degrees F as a solvent for cleaning operations exposing employees to fire hazards.
