29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) 5311 CR Rd. 180, Marion Junction, AL 36759; On or about November 28, 2017: the employer exposed employees to potential head injuries in that the employer did not ensure employees cutting limbs with a pole saw were required to wear a protective helmet when there was potential for injury to the head from falling objects.
