29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(G): Operator training did not include workplace related topics such as ramps and other sloped surfaces that could affect the vehicle's stability: On or about November 28, 2018, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that forklift operators' training covered the hazards of operating the Yale forklift on gravel and uneven surfaces, exposing employees to the hazards of being crushed by the forklift.
