29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions: On or about November 25, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees who applied Gaco Western Coating with the use of paint rollers on a metal roof did not use chemical resistant gloves as part of personal protective equipment.
