29 CFR 1910.253(e)(5)(v): Hose showing leaks, burns, worn places, or other defects rendering it unfit for service were not repaired or replaced: a) On or about November 17, 2017 and at times prior, four employees were cutting metal at the All Recycling, Inc. job site. One of the hoses used in torch cutting had a burn/cut and was not repaired or replaced.
