29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were being placed in services after the examination showed condition(s) adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle: a) Pallet Mill Area; On or about November 14, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that employees were allowed to operate a forklift without a working horn.
