29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a. 72 Bryant Court, Franklin Twp, NJ (Enclave at Canal Walk, Lot 3, Block 513.47) Employees engaged in residential roofing activities used a Werner extension ladder as access to the roof eaves that did not extend at least three feet above the landing surface. Violation observed on or about November 1, 2017 CMNG, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 989571, citation number 2, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on November 10, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 16 Hale Place Somerset, NJ 08873. (Repeat-Serious) CMNG, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 480745, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on October 26, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 64 Lafayette Road, Lot #222, Livingston, NJ.
