29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, or other protective measures provided before work was started: (a) Location: Units 5-10, 11-15, 22-27, 28-35, 84-91Cannongate Road (b) Location: building A-2 162-185 Cannongate Road On or about 11/2/17, employees working near 19,900 volt phase to ground primary and 240 volt secondary service drops were not protected from electric shock hazards while painting exterior surfaces of buildings.
