29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: On or about November 2, 2017 employees in system 77 were exposed to struck-by hazards because crane aisles and cross aisles between the cranes in the system were not guarded to prevent employees from walking into the path of travel of cranes that were operating.
