29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a). Worksite located at 1114 N. Easton Road, Harrisonville, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a steep roof in which the employees were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. The MC Roofing company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1181613, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 14, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1553 Chaucey Ave. Liberty, MO 64068. The MC Roofing company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 975254, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 18, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 207 E.
