29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person. On or about October 26, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 12 feet. The employees were installing roofing materials on a new residential home located at 4170 Ivory Rose, Medina, Ohio 44256. The employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site.
